Dr. Sachin Kumar Dubey has the profound ability of planning, managing and budgeting of a Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). He possesses in-depth knowledge of advanced types of equipments and high-tech devices as well as the skills to manage a level III-B NICU with the added expertise of managing post-op pediatric cardiac and neonatal surgery. He is adept at using total parenteral nutrition in NICU with an ability to take care of a periviable neonate and skills to save neonates with minimal morbidity imparted. Besides this, he has a sound knowledge of medical treatments and terminologies associated with paediatrics and an exceptional ability to analyze, formulate and resolving neonatal problems.
