Dr. Piyush Kumar Saini is a highly skilled and dedicated urologist with a strong academic background and extensive surgical expertise across various subspecialties of urology. He completed his MCh in Urology from JLN Medical College & Associated Group of Hospitals, Ajmer (Rajasthan) in 2025, followed by a tenure as a Senior Resident in the Department of Urology at MLB Medical College, Jhansi. Prior to this, he earned his MS in General Surgery from Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College, Meerut in 2020, where he also served as a Post-MS Senior Resident. His medical journey began with an MBBS from King George Medical University, Lucknow in 2015, one of the premier medical institutions in India.
Over the years, Dr. Piyush Kumar Saini has gained proficiency in a wide spectrum of surgical procedures. His expertise includes endoscopic interventions such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, nephroscopy, TURP, TURBT, PCNL, Mini-PCNL, RIRS, and laser endourology. He is equally adept in open surgeries, including prostatectomy, nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, ureterolithotomy, and bladder reconstruction. His skills extend to reconstructive urology, female urology procedures like stress incontinence and VVF repair, as well as pediatric urology surgeries such as hypospadias repair and orchidopexy.
Dr. Piyush Kumar Saini also has advanced experience in male infertility management, performing procedures like testicular biopsy, vasovasal and vaso-epididymal anastomosis, and varicocelectomy. In addition, he possesses a good knowledge of laparoscopic techniques, enhancing his ability to provide minimally invasive solutions to complex urological conditions.
