The Occupational therapists at the Paediatric Rehabilitation unit aid children in performing daily functional tasks and acquiring the competencies to do their everyday tasks. These skills include self-help skills (dressing, sanitation, and self-feeding), emotional/behavioral management, social interaction, upper extremity & fine motor skills, etc. which are fundamental to develop into a healthy, functional, and independent adult.
