Dr. Shuchi Ghai is a dedicated, industrious and efficient doctor, having more than 7 years of experience in the diagnostic field. An alumnus of Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, her department of pathology has always been ranked as one of the best in India. Apart from the routine diagnostic work, she is currently managing and playing a key role in maintaining the quality management system of the laboratory and handling the National Accreditation Board of Laboratories (NABL) inspections. She is also trained in ISO:15189:2012 certification.
Dr. Ghai is highly skilled in cytotechniques as well as histotechniques. She has participated in various workshops in immunohistochemistry. She is adept in bone marrow aspiration and biopsy reporting as well as procedure. Her main areas of interest are gastrointestinal biopsies, hematological malignancies, bone marrow studies and flow cytometry. Academically, she has numerous research paper publications to her credit and has delivered several oral presentations at various national conferences giving her recognition and merit. She is also actively involved in arranging scientific sessions and academic programs for both nursing and laboratory technical staff.
