Dr. Rajat Arora, MBBS, MD, DM (Cardiology), MRCP(UK), FRCP(Glasgow) and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, is the Group Director of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, Ghaziabad as well as the Co-Founder of Seeds of Innocence (Infertility & IVF Centres) and Genestrings Lab based in Delhi NCR.
As an Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Arora has performed more than 1000 PCIs and 12000 coronary angiographies. Skilled in all kinds of congenital heart disease interventions such as ASD device closure, VSD device closure, and RSOV closure, Dr. Rajat Arora is equally proficient in performing endovascular aortic repairs, all types of pacemaker insertions, ICD device and CRT therapy.
His hospital chain by the name of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, is one of the largest hospital groups in Delhi NCR. With more than 50+ super-specialities under one roof and the latest technologies in the field of science and medicine within easy reach of the public, the hospital has curtailed the dire need of people of western Uttar Pradesh as well as the peripheral cities of Delhi to commute to metropolitan cities in want of good treatment; also saving their medical expenses.

In September 2022, Robotic Surgery was launched at Yashoda Hospital & Research Centre, inaugurated by Shri Om Birla ji, Hon’ble Speaker of 17th Lok Sabha, Parliament of India. Adding another feather to his cap, under his able leadership, Yashoda expanded its wings further into Ghaziabad, with a 120-bedded super-speciality hospital named Yashoda Hospital & Cancer Institute in Vasundhara. Opening its doors to the public on 15th February 2023, the hospital was inaugurated by Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting and Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur ji and Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways and Civil Aviation, General V.K. Singh ji (Retd).
In February 2023, another multi-speciality hospital, 120-bedded Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, was set-up in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. A gift to the people of East Delhi and Vasundhara, this hospital was inaugurated by Shri Anurag Singh Thakur ji, the then Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Government of India & General V.K. Singh ji (Retd.), ex-Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways and Civil Aviation, Government of India. A campaigner for the rights of women and children, Dr. Rajat Arora has been sponsoring the education of girls from the economically weaker sections in schools for the last seventeen years.
